The rules of the road.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Lidini LLC operates websites and consumer software products, including (but not limited to) MindPod. Some Services are free; others require a paid subscription. The features, look, and pricing of the Services may change as we improve them.

To use most of our Services you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep that information current, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Some Services are offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google according to their terms; subscriptions purchased directly are billed by our payment processor (such as Stripe). All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through the platform you used to subscribe (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, Google Play subscription settings on Android, or your billing portal for direct subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.

Refunds. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google must be submitted to those platforms. For direct subscriptions, contact support@lidini.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, audio, and other materials we provide, are owned by Lidini LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you create within our apps. By submitting content to the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate the Services for you.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where this is expressly permitted by law.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or any other user's use of them.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without our written permission.
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the Services to develop a competing product, or to train machine-learning models on our outputs.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation would expose us or other users to harm. You may close your account at any time by following the in-app deletion flow or by writing to support@lidini.com.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Generated content (including AI-generated audio, text, and analysis) is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied on as professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lidini LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lidini LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
