How do I reset my password or change the email on my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Account. From there you can change your email address or send yourself a password reset link. If you can no longer access the email on your account, write to support@lidini.com from a verifiable address and we will help you recover access.

How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find the Lidini app, and tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select the app, and tap Cancel.
For subscriptions purchased directly through our website, sign in and open the billing portal from your account page, or email support@lidini.com and we will cancel it for you.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google. For direct subscriptions, contact us within 14 days of purchase and explain the situation; we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

How do I export or delete my data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Privacy. From there you can request a full export of your data or permanently delete your account. Deletions are processed within 30 days. You can also email privacy@lidini.com if you prefer to make the request in writing.

Is my content private? Do you train AI models on it?
Your personal content is private to your account. We do not sell it, and we do not allow our AI providers to train their models on it. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how we handle data.

I found a bug or have a feature request. What now?
We genuinely want to hear it. Email support@lidini.com with the app name, the device and OS version, and a short description of what happened or what you wish the app did. Screenshots help.
